POST 3: A person I would like to meet

During all my life I have watched a lot of football on TV and in the stands. My dad took me for the first time to a stadium and since that moment I fell in love with that sport. The situation of the pandemic doesn´t allow me to go to the stadiums, but in my free time I try to watch as many games as I can. In the last decade of European football, Lionel Messi has been the best player in the world. The Argentinian player has won a lot of collective and individual titles and he has attended to many awards ceremonies in which the best players of the season get togheter. In spite of the success and the millions of dollars he has won in his career , he has always been humble and respectful. Unlike other players, fame not clouded his mind and he has always been silent against the critics of people who attack him for playing a bad football game or not winning a world cup for the Argentinian national team. His personality prevents him from responding to those comments and drives him to continue demonstrating in the pitch that he is the best. Humility and respect are values that my dad has taught me since I was a little kid and I consider them one of the most important. In spite of the admiration I have for Leo Messi, I would like to talk and thank him the attitude he has had since he started until becoming one of the best players in the history of football.
